BEAR - AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
BEAR - AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
Hello. I am Bear. I am a perfect boy who is looking for my forever home. I am 9 years old and am a little Chihuahua guy weighing 6lbs. I am fully grown and not getting any bigger. I am one of the best little dogs my foster mom has ever had and she is sad that I can not stay. I am a low energy, low maintenance kinda dude who is looking for a couch, a fuzzy blanket and a lap to snuggle up on.
I do live with some other dogs in my foster home(that is why I can not stay) and I am not really a playmate but more of a companion, I have chased the little poodle friend around in the yard a bit but that is the extent of my play. I would be fine with cats and I would be fine with older kids who are respectful with smaller older dogs as we can be a bit fragile.
I am good in my crate and only cry for a couple of seconds when it is bedtime, that is because I would prefer to be sleeping with you. I have had some accidents in my foster home but foster mom says it’s her fault for not getting me outside fast enough or picking up on my cues. I like to go on car rides and think that they are super fun. I also like to go on little adventures but do not require lots of long walks or anything like that.
If you think that you would be the perfect home for me please fill out the application on the website!
Please be sure to read all the details before applying.
An adoption fee applies for me, $500. I have been neutered, had a dental surgery,I am vaccinated with my age appropriate vaccinations, been dewormed, been given flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and will come with 30 days of free pet insurance as well as my health certificate.
SCRUFFY - AVAIALBLE FOR ADOPTION
SCRUFFY - AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
Hello. My name is Scruffy. I am about 7 years old or so and I am some sort of Shihpoo or Schnauzer poo? We really do not know as I am just another older guy left at the shelter to start my life over again. I weigh around 9lbs and that is my ideal body weight. I am a pretty great guy who loves to go on walks and explore new places and new things. My foster mom says I would pretty much complete any family as I am a wonderful little guy. I absolutely am looking for a family who will let me snuggle with them and does not mind a nice furry heating pad on their lap.
I am great with all other dogs, I would be fine in a home with another dog but would be fine in a home by myself too. If I have another dog friend maybe they could be small like me? I am also fine with cats and have met some of those while being in foster care. I am also good with kids and am very gentle with them when taking treatos. As long as the kids are respectful we will be just fine.
I am good in my crate when I need to be in there but I am also fine being outside of my crate as I usually do not get into anything I shouldn’t. I will use pee pads when I do not go outside but my foster mom is trying to kick that habit. I do enjoy going on car rides and adventures and I am all about going on walks around the neighborhood. I do bark sometimes when people come to the door or when they walk by but I am not super duper annoying about it and quiet down as soon as I am told it’s ok. I also love to chase my tail and do it at least once a day for my cardio! I also love playing with toys too!
If you think that you would be the perfect home for me please fill out the application on the website!
Please be sure to read all the details before applying.

MOOSE - AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
MOOSE - AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
My name is Moose! I am around 5 months old and I am some sort of Shepherd x Boxer mix boy. I am going to be a large size guy when I am finished growing, I am an energetic boy who loves running around, playing with toys, playing with the other dogs and of course going on adventures. I am looking for a new home that will be dedicated to having a puppy and will understand that I need routine and structure as well as lots of stimulation and boundaries. I have a big brain and a little bit of stranger danger. I will bark when I first meet new people but after a short walk and some love I am your best friend.
I am a puppy. Which means I play like a puppy and sometimes do things that can be a bit annoying like jumping up. BUT I am learning and having my new people be patient is much appreciated. I get along great with other dogs and would love to have another dog friend to learn from and play with. I have a best friend named Joey in my foster home and we play all day! It is not mandatory but it would be cool for me to have a best friend. I am also pretty ok with the cats I have met. I am fine with kids but would like them to be dog savvy and maybe on the bigger side.
I am doing great with my house training and my crate training, when I am nervous though or VERY excited I will pee a bit. It’s embarrassing but I am working hard on controlling that. I sometimes cry in my crate if the other dogs are playing and I am on a break but that is ok I will get a Kong or something fun and that usually makes me happy. I am good on my leash and love going on walks and adventures. I travel well in the car but I should be seatbelted in so that I can not get into any trouble.
If you think that you would be the perfect home for me please fill out the application on the website!
Please be sure to read all the details before applying.
An adoption fee applies for me, $500. I am still too young to be neutered as I will be a large size guy when I am fully grown, I am vaccinated with my age appropriate vaccinations, been dewormed, been given flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and will come with 30 days of free pet insurance as well as my health certificate.
TEDDY - AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
TEDDY - AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
Hi I am Teddy. I am around 7 months and boy oh boy am I am having SO much fun in my foster home and I have made so many new friends. I am some sort of Cockapoo/Doodley mixed boy but we aren’t sure exactly what kind as I am only a medium sized guy. I want to be picked up all the time and will bark at you if I want to be picked up, however I am a medium sized guy so not everyone is able to scoop me up. I am working a couple of behaviors like demand barking and having some accidents in the house but I am getting better. I need to see a groomer every 4-6 weeks as I have a high maintenance coat so please be prepared to do that and do not apply if you have allergies as we are not a non allergenic dog.
I am good with other dogs and try to get everyone to play with me. Now if I do have another dog in my home I would need a playful and confident dog friend in my home to help show me the way and play hard with me. I am good with cats and just kinda follow them around looking at them and wondering why they don’t want to play. I am good with kids who are dog savvy as I am still jumping up and learning. I would be best in a home that will include me in their things and is fairly active to keep me on my toes.
I am still getting the hang of how to ask to go outside at my foster home but I will follow their dogs lead and go out with them. My crate is a nice safe place where I can hang out but I am really not a fan of it all day so if you live in an apartment I am probably not a good fit as I might bark a bit to show my displeasure. I am pretty good on my leash but like to get excited and pull when I see another doggie friend or a fun bunny friend. I am good on car rides, I do ride tethered in the back seat or in a crate just because it is safest for me.
If you think that you would be the perfect home for me please fill out the application on the website!

PHOEBE - AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
PHOEBE - AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
My name is Phoebe and I am about 8 months old and am a Doodle mix. Aussie x Goldendoodle… I am a big girl weighing 65 lbs already. I am a medium, match your energy type of girl who loves to go have fun but also loves to cuddle up and have a nap. I am looking for a family who wants to take me out and do fun things then come home and hang out in the sunshine or even take a nap on the couch.
I am great with all the dogs in my foster home, I would be best in a home with a dog more my size that likes to play as smaller dogs can sometimes be afraid of my size or I may accidentally stomp on one. I am actually really great with cats and have lived with a few prior to coming to foster care. I am good with the kids in my current home but they are older and very dog savvy so they understand me. I am working on not jumping up when I am excited so little kids might not be a good idea for me.
I am good in my crate but when I first came I cried a bit as I was trying to get used to my new home. I am also pretty good about going outside but will have a few accidents while we are working out our routine. I have a very loud bark, it’s not that I bark much but when I do the neighbors definitely know I am here. I am good in the car after a little bit but I do drool sometimes. My favorite toys are benebones for chewing and stuffies for flinging around and playing with.

HERBIE - AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
HERBIE - AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
My name is Herbie, I am in fact a big love bug! Now… I know some of you can’t share the posts because of the new Meta AI removing them as spam, so when you share just put a hashtag of #adoptabledog or write a caption and be sure to comment and engage with the post that way it won’t get flagged by the technology. I am 10 years old and am a slightly overweight Min Pin x Dachshund mix boy. I was abandoned at the dog park, yep… went on a fun trip with my people and they left me there all by myself, I was scared but quickly made friends at the shelter and had a foster lined up with the rescue right away. I am older and have some non cancerous lumps and bumps and am just an all around senior guy who is looking for a calm home to live out the rest of my days in. Basically I just look out the window and yell at people who walk by, especially if they are on my lawn! I do not make a ton of noise just for about 10 seconds.
I am low energy and hang out with the other low energy dogs in my foster home. I would be fine with another dog or not it does not matter to me. It does take me a few seconds to trust new people but that is a given after I was just left to fend for myself. I would be fine with cats and I am fine with older kids who know to give me space.
I like to stare at people until they acknowledge me, I will take all day pets if you have them and definitely love cuddles on the couch. I am quiet and clean in my crate and have only had a few accidents since coming into my foster home. I like to go on little walks and toddle around in the yard. I am good on car rides too. I have had a dental surgery, and have had most of my bumps tested which were negative for cancer. My adoption fee has been lowered just because I am an older guy who may not have too many years left to give you all my love.
If you think that you would be the perfect home for me please fill out the application on the website!
Please be sure to read all the details before applying.
An adoption fee applies for me, $250. I have been neutered, I am vaccinated with my age appropriate vaccinations, been dewormed, been given flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and will come with 30 days of free pet insurance as well as my health certificate.
ECHO - AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
ECHO - AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
Hi! I am Echo. I am about 10 months old and am another puppy who was dumped outside to fend for myself. Not sure what happened to my people but here I am now living my best life in my foster home. I am a Shepherd x Husky mix and I am looking for an active, outgoing, Shepherd or Husky Savvy home who will continue to socialize me and give me the best life. I would love to go to puppy school so I can show off how smart I am. I am a higher energy boy who is looking for a fun loving family to love me.
I am great with other dogs and actually look to them for guidance sometimes when I am feeling a bit overwhelmed. I am very playful and would love having another Shepherd kinda friend who knows how to play with me. I am very playful with all other dogs I have met. I am not sure how I would be in a home with kitties so maybe best that I do not have those in my home just at first. I would be best in a home with older kids who will be able to help take care in walking me and be a part of my training.
I am doing great with my crate training and go in there at night time for sleeping. I might be a bit sad the first few days in my new home and will be a bit higher energy but that is due to stress and changes, I will get the hang of it really fast. I am also great with my house training and know to go outside but I am taken out on a schedule and am learning to ask to go out still. I walk pretty great on my leash and have been doing some exploring with my foster mom. I even travel well in the car and would like to go on fun adventures with my new family.

DIXIE - AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
DIXIE - AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION
Hello. I am Dixie. Yes I am another 9 week old Mastiff x Saint Bernard mix girl who is looking for a forever home to call my own. I am going to be a bigger girl when I am fully grown but we really do not know exactly how big as both of my parents are 100lbs. I am very fun loving girl who is having a great time playing with my friends and siblings in my foster home.
I am great with other dogs, I have played with dogs of all sizes and love chasing them and wrestling with them and of course cleaning up their crumbies. I am good with kitties and will try to play with them too, most kitties don't like playing with me though because I am so happy and playful. I am good with kids and would be fine sharing my home with kids who want to have a little annoying brother to play with and cuddle with.
I am working hard on this crate training, house training and leash stuff. I am just a baby so I am still sorting things out and learning new things every day. I would love to go to puppy classes and meet new friends but if not then I would like to stay nice and social by having a lot of doggie friends to play with, I love to play with toys and it is mandatory that my new family gets me some fun toys to play with. I also like soft squishy beds to curl up in after I have been rampaging around being my silly self.
If you think I would make the best companion for you please fill out the adoption application. Please be sure to read all the details before applying.
